We met up this week with Kerry and Jamie to shoot their pre wedding shoot images at Liverpool’s Festival Gardens Park. We had a great time and lots of laughs, even if we were stopped by one of the gardners there and asked for a minimum £40 donation to the owners of the park for taking photos there!!!! Won’t go into details here, but safe to say, well…what do you think!!??
After using the Fuji cameras alongside my Nikon DSLRs for the previous few weddings, I decided to take only the Fujis and get out of my comfort zone and leave the Nikons behind! It was great to have just one small bag and be able to move round more easily and also to engage with Kerry and Jamie from behind the smaller camera!
I’m so glad I did as I’m really happy with the improved shooting experience and the image quality. At the moment, I think that we will be moving slowly away from using DSLRs (for weddings) over this year and using the smaller and lighter Fuji X cameras……
